The servers hosting this website are located in Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Contabo GmbH in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This is a contract required by data protection law that ensures the provider processes our website visitors’ personal data only on our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Data collected when you visit the website (server log files)

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. This is:

The time of access
The amount of data sent, in bytes
The source/referrer from which you reached the page
The browser used
The operating system used
The IP address used

This data is not combined with other data sources. The data is collected on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website, for which the server log files must be recorded. The log files are deleted automatically after 7 days.

This website uses no cookies, tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) or social media plugins. Your usage behaviour is not analysed.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing, and, where applicable, a right to have this data corrected or erased, or its processing restricted (Art. 15 to 18 GDPR).

Because the processing of server log files is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Note on erasure and access requests regarding IP addresses

Because this website only collects technically necessary server log files and stores no other data that directly identifies you, we cannot link an IP address directly to you as a person. Under Art. 11 GDPR we are not obliged to obtain additional information in order to identify you. Any request for erasure of or access to data relating to an IP address is also met by the fact that all server log files are, for security reasons, completely and automatically deleted or anonymised after 7 days in any case.

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection law, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
